One of our core businesses is the ability to adapt to our client’s needs. With more than 25 years of experience in sealing solutions, we are able to develop solutions for almost every industry – from maritime to aerospace and from food processing to transportation. It doesn’t matter if the project is in its ideation or manufacturing phase. Some clients might approach us without knowing the cause of a problem, in this case we feel obligated to analyze the problem and inform our client about the situation. We take pride in sharing our knowledge in situations where the client does not possess it. By doing so, we aim to foster meaningful, long-term business relationships.

RELIABILITY

By providing our clients with custom tailored solutions we can ensure our products perform accordingly. Our solutions are always engineered with known and proven standards – and are further optimized by using our experience and existing production network. To verify the product’s performance we do simulation tests to identify points of failure. By doing so, we can inform our clients of these possible failures and prevent it. For widely available products we provide our clients with documents such as datasheets so they can check the specifications on their own.

TRANSPARENCY

Clear communication between company and client has always been a must in any succesful company. That’s why we always try to keep our clients as updated as possible, so they always know the status of their project or purchase. But besides excellent direct communication, we strive to be clear on paper as well. Purchase orders,  contracts and reports are always written in a “straight-to-the-point“ fashion. To give the clients a better undertanding of our expertise, we actively showcase our experience. This is achieved through sharing our handbooks on O-rings, rubbers and plastics with our clients. In addition to that, case studies of our projects are displayed on our website.
