Fluorezi® FFKM O-Rings & Seals

FFKM O-rings or perfluorelastomers have the highest chemical and heat resistance of all elastomers. Perfluoroelastomers can be economical when the costs of seal failure are high, involving downtime and replacement costs, environmental emissions or spills, the safety of people, or the contamination of products.

In the most extreme situations, FFKM O-rings can be used. It should be noted that the mechanical properties are moderate and the material price is very high in comparison to any other elastomer. Within the perfluorelastomers, there are different type of compounds: Low temperature, High temperature, high chemical resistance, high steam resistance.

Fluorezi® is the equivalent to Kalrez®, Chemraz® and Isolast®. NewDealSeals supplies Fluorezi® (FFKM) O-rings & seals in any dimension and in various compounds.
